A MEDIA TRAINING & CRISIS COMMS PROVIDER

Facing the media unprepared can be daunting, but structured media training provides individuals with the skills and confidence to handle journalists and navigate interviews successfully.

We focus on developing and delivering clear and compelling messaging, maintaining composure under pressure, and handling difficult or unexpected questions.

Through practical exercises such as mock interviews, including on-camera practice, individual participants or groups will gain valuable insights into their performance, refine their delivery, and build the confidence to effectively communicate their key messages.

BE PREPARED

Media Training

In this module we'll cover:

  • Understanding the media landscape
  • Message development
  • Interview techniques
  • Non-verbal communication
  • Media do’s and don’ts

All of the above can be adjusted to suit your individual requirements.

Crisis Communications

How best to prepare and manage the flow of information that could potentially harm an organisation's reputation, operations, or relationships with stakeholders when a crisis occurs.

The essence of crisis communications lies in protecting trust and credibility while minimising damage.

Presentation Skills

We'll focus on developing the skills and confidence necessary to deliver engaging, impactful, and professional presentations:  deploying visual aids, overcoming nerves, and practice, practice, practice.

IN THE HOTSEAT

Interviewed by a journalist, we'll focus on preparing you to perform confidently under pressure. Sessions are 1-2-1 interviews, both off- and on-camera, allowing you to experience realistic scenarios while receiving valuable insights into your performance and body language. We can then identify and address any challenges, ensuring that you leave fully equipped to effectively handle media interactions.
